One of the huge sensations of the Bollywood industry in recent times has been an offshoot model named Poonam Pandey. Poonam became an overnight star when she volunteered to post nude during the cricket world cup on a condition that “if India wins the cricket world cup 2011”. Let’s look at the 2 stages  – During and Post the world cup what happened. Before the world cup, she was popularly known as the Kingfisher calendar model.

During the world Cup

  • Poonam made a public appearance where she stripped her clothes to reveal her skin as a token of what she proposes for the team.
  • Poonam released her My bathing secrets – which gained huge popularity. Her bathing video showed Poonam standing inside a bath tub in a low white bikini. She gained overnight popularity where there were nearly a million views within a week. Post posting the video on Youtube, she also confirmed about the video on her twitter account. She quoted “It Waz Just the Trailer.. Belive me its gonna get Hot, Hotter & Hottest .. Thats a Promise to the World.. Coming soon the Next Trailer Video. Due to Heavy Traffic on my website it got Crashed Last Night, it Showz ur Love towards me from all Round the World .. :) Luv u all Muwaaah!”

After the world Cup

Poonam strips in her own terms and claims that she stripped (picture) posted below. Few media firms quoted about her – “She is lier; she did all for advertisement like that. Her latest pose for the magazine made those comment to light.”
